DOTA was created to solve a specific problem in the sector: architecture, engineering, and BIM were progressing separately, and this disconnect was costly on-site. Today, we are the external BIM technical office for construction companies, developers, and studios in Spain and Latin America.

The technical information is the project
A model that can't be put out to tender is useless. Everything we deliver is designed so that a third party can budget for it and implement it without contacting us.
Problems are solved where they are cheap.
Correcting things in the model takes hours. Correcting them on-site takes weeks. That's why coordination comes first, not last.
Accessible and sustainable construction
We believe in leaving behind inherited practices to make way for fairer, more humane and forward-thinking projects.
WHO DOES IT
Behind every model there is a team with a name and surname.
Each discipline is handled by a dedicated professional: structures, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, health and safety, planning, and cost control. Coordination between all disciplines is the responsibility of a BIM manager assigned to your project.
